And now the hardest part. I needed something to cover all that hardware goodness. I created some sort of bulge in fibreglass.

Only one 80mm fan was used in this project, placed in the side. This one blows across the CPU heatsink and the pico-PSU, sitting low enough to blow over the LCD power supply. Case ventilation is also the job of this fan.

The size and form were bigger that I had in mind at the start and I almost gave up on it. It was my first time working with polyester and bodywork isn't my strongest point.

In retrospect I am happy that I did stick with it.
